Tarley Jordan, Director of Marketing and Communications, ESI Design, an NBBJ studio
Tarley is the Marketing and Communications Director at ESI Design, NBBJ’s New York-based experience design studio, where she creates and executes standout marketing programs for the renowned experience design studio and their clients. In her role, she oversees the studio’s marketing and communications activities. Under her leadership, the company’s media profile has steadily grown, and been prominently featured in over 40 speaking engagements and over 350 stories and segments. This exposure has put ESI Design and its clients in vital trade publications such as Architectural Record and designboom, and in top-tier publications from Forbes and Fast Company to Rolling Stone and Metropolis.
During the panel, Tarley is likely to draw upon her experience being part of the team that developed the public relations strategy for the opening of the Statue of Liberty Museum. The project garnered over 70 stories and segments that boosted awareness for ESI Design, including a rave review by the Wall Street Journal and inclusion in TIME.com’s “world’s coolest places 2019.” With much of ESI Design’s work being public art experiences transforming streetscapes and skylines, lobbies and plazas across the country, Tarley’s work has helped amplify their presence in local and national press with Terrell Place in Washington D.C. named “your next Instagram destination” by Curbed magazine, and Wells Fargo Center in Denver, CO named the cities largest piece of public art by the Denver Post. Most recently, Tarley was part of the team who promoted Experience the Times of Bill Cunningham, athematic experience celebrates the famed photographer by taking visitors on a journey through his life and work, revered by TimeOut New York as a “must see event”.
