As a part of the 2020 Merging Mindsets conference in Winnipeg, ESI Design’s Creative Director Mary Franck will deliver a keynote address on how innovative leaders must unite a growing number of disparate disciplines if they want to succeed as collision and cross pollination become increasingly common among creative fields.

ESI Design's Mary Franck leads a team of interdisciplinary creative professionals.
At Merging Mindsets, Mary will share how she leads a team of designers with diverse background experiences.

Interdependent and Interdisciplinary: A New Creative Mindset

From her experience designing projects for stage production, museums, events, and architectural installations, acclaimed creative director Mary Franck has developed a unique strategic toolkit for leading interdisciplinary projects. In this talk, she will unpack that toolkit and highlight real-life examples of leadership in action. Whether you’re a designer or craftsman, an artist or a maker, this talk will reveal the techniques needed to succeed in today’s diverse creative landscape.
